One card first
Check one gift card
Choose the right brand and region, then read a balance, a failure and an unknown result separately. Free can do this.

One card first
Choose the right brand and region, then read a balance, a failure and an unknown result separately. Free can do this.
Getting started →One row at a time
Group tasks by region, keep duplicate rows, run them one at a time, and stop later tasks when you need to. PRO is required.
Batch checks →Save it yourself
Export results when you want a file to review. Save work progress when you want the list back. Restoring a list does not start a check.
Saving and restoring →Free checks one gift card. An active PRO plan is what allows batch import, stop and resume, and export. Permission to run a kind of action does not mean a brand or region will return an amount.
Platform sign-in and permissions · Brand and region status
On a gift card check for any supported brand, GiftVeri sends a pre-query to that brand official API and reads whether the card status in the response bytes is empty. An empty status means the card is not activated or not enabled, and GiftVeri does not send the balance query. A non-empty status means the card already holds data, so GiftVeri continues the balance query and returns the balance and other details the brand sends. The check is read-only and does not affect later reloading of the card.
Open GiftVeri, choose the brand and region, and enter the card number and PIN. Free checks that one gift card’s balance and status.
Use PRO: batch import, stop a check and resume it, and export the results as CSV. Put several Apple gift cards from the same region in one task list.
Use the PRO pre-activation check. On a gift card check for any supported brand, GiftVeri sends a pre-query to that brand official API and reads whether the card status in the response bytes is empty. No. The website provides accounts, software plans and instructions; the actual check runs in the Windows client. There is no way to upload card numbers to the website for a check.
Check the version shown in your client, then get the current stable release from the download page. Older versions do not gain new entries because the website was updated.
Make sure the ZIP is fully extracted and the _internal folder stays next to Applee.exe. Do not run it from an archive preview, and do not mix runtime files from different versions.
Only the client name and version, the time and time zone, the brand and region, the step where it happened, and a redacted message. Never send full card numbers, PINs, passwords, verification codes, tokens, proxy credentials, full CSV files or unredacted screenshots. Reports can be sent to hello@giftveri.com; there is no file upload or ticket system on the website.
No. Your GiftVeri platform account manages software permissions; Apple or other brand accounts are used for the matching check flow. After signing in to the platform, you still need to complete the brand’s own initialization separately.
Check the address spelling, your spam folder and the latest email from the same flow. The page’s generic message does not prove an email was delivered; delivery depends on the current sender configuration and the recipient’s filters.
In the platform-integrated development build, these need an active PRO plan. Check that the website and client use the same account, and check the plan status and expiry date; FREE can still check one gift card.
Not necessarily. Order records and software plans are kept separately, and client capabilities are recalculated from your current active plan. After an online subscription payment succeeds, the plan is activated automatically, usually within seconds; an order status cannot override expiry, revocation or a suspended account.
The client re-checks before sending the next gift card. If authorization has expired or cannot be confirmed, further restricted actions stop and unsent tasks stay pending; checks already sent cannot be recalled and are never resent automatically.
You cannot tell from that. Sign-in failures, connection errors, rate limits and unknown responses can all return no amount. Only an explicit business result supports a conclusion, and an unknown amount is never rewritten as zero. The PRO pre-activation check uses the same rule for every brand and marks a card as not activated or not enabled only when the official pre-query status is empty; failures and unknown results are excluded.
Not just because of where you bought it. Go by the actual product printed on the card and in the purchase details: first tell store gift cards from payment network prepaid cards, then check the region and required fields.
The directory shows regions and their verification status. Without enough independent verification, only the status is shown, and no workflow page is created that might suggest checks are supported.
No. Development integration, real business evidence, page content and official release are recorded separately. A menu, a sign-in, an empty form, HTTP 200 or offline simulation cannot on its own prove a real balance was obtained.
No. The platform session, CSV files and work progress are managed separately. Files you exported stay where you saved them, and some may contain full card numbers.
Note the client version, the time and time zone, the brand and region selected, the steps you took and the redacted message text. For authorization problems, also note the plan and status currently shown.
Send the report to hello@giftveri.com. Never include passwords, verification codes, sign-in tokens, full card numbers or proxy credentials. If your account is suspended or a plan record looks wrong, check with the administrator who manages that account.
