Check it in GiftVeri
For one Foot Locker gift card, use GiftVeri FREE: choose the United States and this brand, then enter your 16-digit card number and PIN. The balance stays on the card, so you can still spend it in store or online.
When there are many to check, or you need to pause or keep a spreadsheet, PRO add batch import, stop and resume, and CSV export. Several Apple gift cards from one region go in the same task list. A run with no amount stays failed or unknown, and GiftVeri keeps it that way instead of writing $0. When a batch shows a balance on some gift cards and not activated on others, use PRO’s pre-activation check. On a gift card check for any supported brand, GiftVeri sends a pre-query to that brand official API and reads whether the card status in the response bytes is empty. An empty status means the card is not activated or not enabled, and GiftVeri does not send the balance query. A non-empty status means the card already holds data, so GiftVeri continues the balance query and returns the balance and other details the brand sends. The check is read-only and does not affect later reloading of the card.

Scope
For standard US Foot Locker gift cards you own or are authorized to use. The current development build requires a 16-digit ASCII numeric card number and a 2–10 digit numeric PIN, and accepts only USD amounts explicitly returned by Foot Locker’s US page; 2–10 digits is the client’s current input boundary, not the issuer’s format for every historical product. Older cards without a PIN, 9-digit legacy gift certificates, other regions and other brands’ cards should not be assumed to be supported; the workflow does not activate, reload, redeem, check out or add cards to an account.
Before you start
Confirm a standard US gift card
Foot Locker’s balance page asks for the gift card number and PIN; its redemption help says regular US cards use a 16-digit number and a PIN. Older cards without a PIN are in-store only, and legacy gift certificates have different fields, so neither fits this development workflow.Official sources: Foot Locker US official balance check page · Foot Locker official gift card redemption help
Check the current input boundary
The development build accepts only a 16-digit ASCII numeric card number and a 2–10 digit numeric PIN. The PIN limit is the client’s current boundary and does not mean every historical card type has the same length; do not pad, guess or truncate.
Prepare a separate session and do it yourself
The current workflow uses a dedicated Edge profile and a separate temporary context to prepare the US page. If the site asks for access verification, complete it yourself; this website does not accept card numbers or PINs and has no form to submit cards.
Development build workflow
Open the Foot Locker US single-card page
Check the brand, US region, lawful ownership and the current development entry. Being signed in to the platform only reflects your software authorization and does not show that a Foot Locker session or balance check works.
Check the card number and PIN against the card
Enter the 16-digit card number and the original PIN, with no spaces, full-width digits or other characters. Stop using this workflow for older cards without a PIN and 9-digit legacy certificates; use the store or customer service channels in Foot Locker’s help.
Wait for the US empty form and session to be ready
The development workflow opens a separate temporary session and confirms the US Foot Locker page, empty card number and PIN fields, and a valid read-only session. If you see the wrong region, access verification or an error page, stop; do not fill in the card or switch routes automatically.
Start one balance check yourself
Once preparation is complete, you control this Check Balance. The workflow allows exactly one fixed balance check, does not retry automatically and never moves into purchase, redemption, reload or other write actions. An opened page or a successful session response is not a balance result.
Check this run’s USD amount and status
Only a USD amount explicitly returned and recognized in this check counts as a balance. Access denied, rate limits, incomplete verification, business errors or unknown responses are never rewritten as zero and never reuse the previous card’s amount.
Finish and clear temporary data
After completing, cancelling or closing, the card number, PIN, temporary context and in-memory connection details are cleared. Cancelling cannot recall a request already sent; if the result is unclear, keep the status and do not resubmit immediately. The full card number, PIN, request body and balance response are never exported.
This page covers a standalone single-card workflow. Account permissions and brand capabilities are verified separately; a paid plan does not add batch checks for this brand.
Reading the result
Session success and balance success are separate
Existing evidence confirms the empty form and read-only session hand-off; no balance POST was sent. A session GET 200, HTTP/2 negotiation or visible page fields cannot count as real balance verification.
Explicit amounts, unknown status and failures
Only an explicit USD amount from this run is a balance. 403, 429, timeouts, access verification and unparseable responses are access or processing states and do not show that a card is invalid, inactive or empty.
Official card rules vs. client scope
Foot Locker says US gift cards can be used online, by phone or in store, never expire and have no service fees; these issuer rules do not mean the current development build covers redemption, older cards, all affiliated banners or batch checks.Official sources: Foot Locker US gift card terms
GiftVeri shows the balance, a failure, and an unknown result separately. A $0 result counts only when this run returned that amount. If this gift card may not be activated yet, every brand uses the same pre-activation check: an empty pre-query status means the card is not activated or not enabled, and GiftVeri does not send the balance query.
FAQ
The session already returned success. Why does the page still say live-card verification is pending?
Session preparation and a balance check are two stages. Current evidence only reaches the empty page and read-only session hand-off; no real card balance POST has been sent to the site, and no USD amount is available to compare with the site.
What format are Foot Locker gift card numbers and PINs?
Foot Locker’s redemption help says regular cards use a 16-digit number and a PIN. The current development build further limits this to 16 ASCII digits and a 2–10 digit numeric PIN; the PIN range is a client boundary, not a rule for every historical product.Official sources: Foot Locker official gift card redemption help
Can older cards without a PIN be checked online?
Not with the current workflow. Foot Locker says older cards without a PIN can only be used in store; legacy gift certificates may have a 9-digit number and 6-digit PIN. Follow Foot Locker’s help instead of converting them by padding or guessing.Official sources: Foot Locker US gift card terms · Foot Locker official gift card redemption help
Does an opened page, a visible form or GET 200 mean there is a balance?
None of them do. They only describe the page or preparation stage; a real balance must come from an explicit USD amount in this card’s check, and there is still no live-card result.
Will it retry automatically on 403, 429, a timeout or a verification page?
No. The development workflow keeps the specific status and stops, without switching routes or resubmitting. When the result is unclear, do not check again immediately, to avoid repeating a request that may already have reached the site.
Can I check Foot Locker cards from other countries?
Do not assume so. The current development workflow checks for Foot Locker’s US page and USD results; issuing rules and balance channels for Europe, the UK or other regions need separate verification.
Are batch checks, redemption or adding cards to an account supported?
No. This page records only a standalone, read-only single-card balance development workflow. It does not redeem, pay, reload or save to an account, and PRO permissions do not add batch checks that are not implemented.
Will my card number, PIN or balance response reach the website or exports?
This website has no card entry form. The client workflow clears the full card number, PIN, request body and response when finished; exports should contain only result fields that may be shown. Do not share full card details, session tokens or network screenshots.

Verification and release status
Scope, single-card development workflow, the difference between a session and a balance result, and official help for US Foot Locker gift cards. Session preparation is checked; live-card verification is pending.
The US Foot Locker single-card workflow is integrated in the development build. The production desktop path passed empty-form and read-only session hand-off checks, and both browser and native HTTP/2 session requests returned valid responses; no balance POST has been sent and no real card amount has been obtained.
Live-card verification pending: a successful session GET is not a successful balance check. Whether the site accepts real card requests, the balance response format, USD amount reads and comparison with the site are unverified; offline testing and frozen-program checks cannot replace a real balance result.
