The 14 digits in a GameStop email for a Razer gift card, and the balance page says Invalid PIN
A Razer gift card from GameStop. The email gave a 14-digit number starting with R. The Razer balance page immediately said Invalid PIN, and there was no amount on the page when it said that. That length looks more like a Razer gift card serial than the number used to redeem a Razer gift card.
A Razer gift card redeem uses a different length
Redeeming a Razer gift card uses a different 19-digit number. The serial in the GameStop email and the number used to redeem the Razer gift card are not the same kind of number. Putting the serial in the PIN field returns Invalid PIN. It does not return how much is left on the Razer gift card.
The Razer gift card is not one of the current brands
The Razer gift card is not one of the brands in the client. This page only says which kind of number the GameStop email gave for that Razer gift card. It has no client entry and no redeem steps. Invalid PIN here is not "not activated" and it is not $0, because the Razer balance page did not give an amount.
The 14-digit number starting with R was tried as the Razer gift card PIN. The page returned Invalid PIN, not a balance. The 19-digit number is the other set, the one used to redeem the Razer gift card. The two lengths differ, and the wrong length does not say what is left on that Razer gift card.
